CHICK COREA - GARY BURTON - Fri, Sept 21, 1979 at the Civic Auditorium in Portland, Oregon - First / Only printing paper handbill - Black offset printing on light green paper, features repeated butterfly shape, side by side with a little overlap between their wings, typeset lettering, surrounded by oval airbrush border - I've only seen 19 copies in the 9+ years I extensively hunted concert posters and handbills in the Portland area - Minor 1/2" bend at the right edge, two minor corner dings - Ultra Mega Rare - Beautiful B+ condition - 20.00

COUNT BASIE - "THE COUNT BASIE STORY" by Leonard Feather - First / Only printing LP booklet issued with the Roulette boxed set "The Basie Years" in the mid 60s -11 5/8" x 11 17/32" - Leonard Feather's foreword states "I've attempted to give some idea of the background, personality and life of the band in general and the leader in particular." - Plenty of black and white photos of the Count, his family, band members (Lester Young, Clark Terry, etc.) along with the text - Color image of a bust of Basie on the front cover - Minor handling bends and a little general wear - Ultra Rare - Beautiful B / B+ to B+ shape - 50.00

GUY LOMBARDO & HIS ROYAL CANADIANS - "The Sweetest Music this side of Heaven" - Thursday, October 12, 1972 at the Civic Auditorium in Portland, Oregon - First / Only printing concert poster - 21 15/16" x 14" - Boxing style / window card poster - Blue and white photo of the late Guy Lombardo (R.I.P. 1977) with typesetting "the sweetest music this side of heaven", large block typeset letters above photo in blue and red on white background - A few bends at the upper corners, 1/4" clean rip at right side of poster, other mnor bends in image area (no color flaking), frameable as is! - Printed by Artcraft Litho (N.Y.) - Ultra Mega Rare - Beautiful B / B+ shape - 325.00

MILES DAVIS - GABOR SZABO - Weds, April 4th, 1973 at the Paramount Northwest in Portland, Oregon - First / Only Printing concert poster - 13 3/8" x 21 3/16" - Bound to go down in history as one of THE Miles concert posters! - Beautiful deep purple / blue background with high contrast photo of Miles playing trumpet with eyes closed, in magenta, almost psychedelic! - I've only seen Nine copies in the 9+ years I extensively hunted concert posters and handbills in the Portland area! - very light wear (difficult to see up close) in the image area, will look great in a frame! - Ultra Mega Rare - Beautiful B+ condition - Currently for display purposes only & Unavailable, may become available in late 2018 or 2019, inquire at that time if interested.
